Anne's Clocks is a clock repair and sales business in the Machias Bay area. With a passion for collecting and repairing clocks, Anne offers repair services for antique clocks and metronomes. What began as an interest has become a passion for preserving the timepieces from an age where they were made with care and ingenuity. Specialty: German clocks.
Clocks from the 19th century were built with parts that are repairable, sadly not always true for 20th century time pieces. Most 20th century Grandfather (long case) clocks that have seen little maintenance will require new movements as the cheaper alternative to repair. For this reason, I do not offer repair services on these clocks.
